  Really strange. Unfortunately only had my card and no cash but had to do the weekly shop. Asked the manager on duty tonight if I could have a trolley token. He said no. Asked if he could unlock a trolley so I could shop, again he refused. We left the store. Went to Tipton Aldi, they simply passed me a pound coin from the till (which I returned after my shop). It was no hassle for them. Looks like I'll be shopping where I am treated like a customer and not a burden.
